DOT Random Drug Testing for Canadian O/O

Does a Canadian O/O planning to go to US has to be part of a Drug Consortium random drug testing pool? If so, what consortium that I can look into in Ontario?

Your in the us dot pool, not sure you need to belong to any group, your dot number and your drivers names are in the pool.
