Likewise yesterday on I-95 in York, Maine, when I went by at both 6:45am and again around 4:30pm... it's very rare to see both sides open in that location at the same time.

Kentucky?
I hate Kentucky.
I got pulled in every time I ever went there. I wouldn't drive through there again for $40 a mile.... -
Well 2nd year in a row I didn't get pulled in. Even got bypassed several times with a full load. I guess I figured it out. A new truck every June keeps the dot man away.
hunted Thanks this. -

I work out of IL and went up to Wisconsin everyday of this week (I39 and 94).. Holy hell those COOPS!!!!!! It was like a CARNIVAL IN THERE!!!!!!! Janesville Coop had about 30 trucks inside...15 state troopers.. about 13 service trucks..... and there was about 5 trucks in line waiting to get into the inspection bay...
