double brokering scam rings

Easiest way to stop it is to have your shipper verify the name/mc# on the truck. Doesn't match, no load.

Of course you'll never be able to load a "landstar" truck. LOL

Because your a good broker. I got screwed yesterday but the brokers eating it. I picked up the load 730pm wed night that was supposed to be delivering 1pm Thurs 190 miles away. I got to the receiver yesterday at noon only to be turned away saying i was a day late Lol. I honestly don't think the broker screwed up. I drug it back home and they're gonna pay the original rate again to go back up + $150 re deliver fee, covers the wasted fuel going up there. So yea they just ate an extra 1600

It's a broker we work with all the time, a smaller brokerage only a handful of agents. If it was one of the big boys we would of got shafted
