double brokering scam rings

They actually completely removed the YouTube video after the freight waves article came out blasting All State ASSociation.

 

Couldnt agree more... those who double broker are the lowest forms of scum in the industry. Their lazy scamming SOB's who cant get their own customers so they attempt to be shady and underhanded while piggybacking off of our hard work gathering a customer base. Yes most are indian and i trust them about as far as i can throw them with a smaller portion being russian or at least russianish. Every load I get blown up by multiple abuda budda sand ppl that sounds like they are in a call center with 100 other ppl claiming its their truck (yea right you lying sack of...) but when you look up the MC# on safer it shows 1 truck which right there unless its an old country boy owner op is a major major huge red flag. And this scummy double brokering crap is worst than its ever been by a massive margin.

 

Is there a public domain out there where we can post all the verified MC#'s that are no good? I can definitely add several to the list from my unfortunate run ins with them.

 

I usually know when the load is being double brokered from past experiences when the double broker will tell you to check in as their trucking company

Getting a load from a legit broker, they will NEVER ask or tell you this!

I don’t have a horse in the fight but I don’t remember him saying someone with an accent can’t be a citizen… Seems like he doesn’t believe someone with a discernible Eastern Europe accent is originally from Oregon. Seems like a reasonable conclusion to come to, it doesn’t make him David Duke lol

 

They all double broker, to themselves. They have one corporate number to book the load under, that paperwork has a big number on it. Then they kick it to their other corporate number, that paperwork has a little tiny number on it. You get a percentage of the little tiny one.

All these parties are being actively investigated for cargo theft that occured while in their possession.

 

About the only nationality I can think of that sounds vaguely like Russian is Yugoslav, Turkish sounds Turkish, and Greek sounds Greek not one bit like Russian, Israel sounds like Israeli. Its like saying that the British sound the same as Aussies or New Zealanders sound the same as South Africans they are in fact totally different accents. Think a lot of these thoughts just go back to a general mistrust of foreigners. Something that lots of immigrants have had to face when they first arrive in a new country. Also Hollywood also portrays certain races and nationalities as the bad guys and the population again is hoodwinked by TV into thinking these people are all bad.
