BASICALLY THIS IS THE STANDARD MO OF THESE SCAMMERS. THEY HAVE INSURANCE COMPANIES NOW AND FACTORING COMPANIES OWNED BYT THE SAME RING LEADERS OF THE SCAM. ANY OF YOU READ FREIGHTWAVES?

Very enlightening to how they scam. I actually spoke to the reporter who wrote the article. After it came out TriStar Transit and All State Association disappeared. Along with the youtube video where the owners talk about how they got started. Now there are like 100 smaller parasite brokers all over the country scamming both carrier and legit broker. Not a good day when you deal with one of these terrible people. It the responsibility of both carrier and broker to weed these clowns out. Brokers not giving the scammers loads, and carriers not taking the double brokered freight.

But if i put up detailed map of what to look for, who the scammers are, and how to avoid them, will anyone even listen? Or do you guys like not getting paid to run freight?
