Double Clutching

    I use the clutch when starting out and when stopping, sometimes a light bump to come out of gear when slowing and skipping two or three.
    Never had tranny or clutch problems related to floating.
    If anything I would say that a clutch staying against the pressure plate and flywheel would last longer than one constantly being engaged and disengaged.
    Matter of personal taste, find what works for you and do it.
