    I'm done with being a chef and making other people money and getting the short end. I work hard and love the road. I appreciate the info on potential companies. Looks like I have quit a bit of calling to do this week.

    @Chinatown always has the BEST info; We simply live here, and know of the "smaller-scale" stuff, as us old peeps been in the ring/rodeo for awhile. Good luck, Driver! PS: Did the restaurant thing for MANY years, as the fam owned a deli/cafe. Got out too. Feel you there.
