    When downshifting in high range, don’t split the gears...just drive it like a 10 speed. Just use the splitter when loaded and upshifting. If you are empty, just drive it like a 10 speed when upshifting.

    I go up or down in any gear as needed and as the situation demands. It does not matter to me if it's 150 gears, 15 or 5. I'll go through them all.

    I tend to skip gears when going uphill loaded but otherwise will hit every gear.
