I do remember that @Ruthless . He was overweight at the scalehouse or something and he left and the DOT went to the reciever while he was unloading if I remember correctly.

Guess it was a bigger dozer than I thought
Per the towing guys it was a D10N
So in addition to all the other stuff that trailer is only rated for 65 tons and the dozer is probably close to 90 tons -
Seen this dude in Alabama with this monster transformer rolled it going around an off ramp. Had two pilot cars too.
Can't imagine the utility company wanting to run a couple hundred thousand volts through something that's been drop checked like that.
That dozer isn't brand new, you can see the wear on it, but I'll bet the warranty just got shortened considerably.NavigatorWife, tommymonza, OLDSKOOLERnWV and 2 others Thank this. -
I think yer right !stwik, SAR, OLDSKOOLERnWV and 5 others Thank this.

It is. They got popped at the Kenosha, WI scale on I94 Northbound with a 120K electric motor on a 3 axle Benson Aluminum Stepdeck. Load came from Rhode Island and delivered in Milwaukee. They ran the OOS when the cops left. Troopers caught him at the receiver with the crane rigged and about to lift. Made them remove the rigging and wait for portables to show up so they could write another ticket.
I delivered some smaller stuff the the same place and saw that motor in their shop. Asked them about it and found out they loaded an identical motor on the same guy going back to RI. When I asked about why they said for the price that company is charging how could they refuse.
These stupid ####s are doing this constantly overloading the hell out of their equipment and hauling around the country for garbage rates.
These guys are the problem with the trucking industry.
It's only a matter of time before they kill somebody.
#### lucky that nobody got caught under that dozer.LoneCowboy, NavigatorWife, tommymonza and 16 others Thank this. -
This might shed some light about the carrier involved.....
