Maybe one parked regen. The system generally takes care of itself and fires off about every 1,000 to 1,500 miles as you're driving down the road. If it's functioning properly, you will notice no change in the engine's performance.

The crankcase filter is not changed as a normal part of a PM. It is supposed to be changed about every 100K miles. Do not ignore that light. It only takes five minutes to change the filter. If you don't change it, too much pressure builds up inside the crankcase, which is why oil is being pushed through a normally sealed junction.

The trailer abs light on my dash is really bright.
and when i get a trailer with a broken abs system, it can get bight at night.

I put some tape over the light.

I'm not gonna go waste time getting trailer abs fixed.

Most of the time the ABS fault is a wheel sensor that has either disconnected or has had dirt or moisture get into the connector.....
I guess tape on the warning lamp is easier than to crawl under the trailer and taking care of the real problem then....:biggrin_25526:

    A 100K???? :biggrin_2554:

You mean you can't "stretch" it out like I did and change it at a 175K?.....:biggrin_2559::biggrin_25525:

Fault codes started to get thrown out about 174,800.....
I noticed that since I changed it....The DPF is regened a lot less now....:biggrin_255:

That won't fly in Knoxville, TN coops. Tape over the dashlight or unplugging the trailer abs light? They have a setup similar to platform scales specifically to check for faulty malfunctioning abs on tractor and trailer. That's an out of service for you and a bad mark on your PSP report.
