Drained fuel tanks

    A torch on the outside of the lock or even heating the key will open them, I've done the torch several times this winter.

    As far as the drain plugs, most thieves are lazy or they would have a job...that would be an awful lot of work stealing fuel by draining it into a short pan.

    Some things are worth spending the night in jail over. Stealing fuel is one of those, at least in my book..
