I cannot believe how hot this has indeed become. I have received more e-mail over this one thread, it's amazing.

First: I will NOT delete this thread. (People have the right to voice their opinions, NO ONE has to read it.)

Second: I will entertain NO more e-mail over this thread.

Third: We are NOT here to simply "bash" companies; we are here to change them. I understand the part about "disgruntled employees".

Fourth: The company owner is defending himself, and is welcome to do so.

Fifth: TurboTrucker is NOT perfect, but he is highly articulate and I stand behind him; IF he decides this thread needs to be locked (but not deleted), it's up to him to set a date to be locked.

Sixth: Turbo, IF you decide to lock this thread from further posts, I would give them both time for a final, "closing statement" and then do it. (to be really fair).

Seventh: Once locked, and ALL arguments are in, people can read the posts and decide what to think for themselves. (though posting would be over).

Eigth: Diliberations on such a hot topic should end at some point or feelings may heat to the point at which we may see one, or both, on the evening news at some point.

yes, but you are not offering opinions once you start "bickering" with your former employer here on these boards. you are carrying on a personal war/grudge that has gone way beyond simple opinions about working for an employer. you (and he) should carry on this "match" of the wits by emailing each other, though i'd suspect that would come to an abrupt end as email address's can be changed, or recieving emails can be put into a junk or spam box/file. you are also mis-using bandwidth of this web site, space on this web site, and time in general on this web site. you have carried out your pissing contest on your own web site(s) but to what avail..?? he's still in business, and you're still driving. its not like you are unemployed, and hurting for a job, though i'd also suspect, that if your current employer does the one tinyest thing wrong, you'll hold a grudge against him too. this is your nature, being wronged, and holding a grudge. you will never be satisfied with any job you have, because you will ALWAYS be looking for something to biotch about, then hold a grudge.

From reading this thread it seems you did an injustice to your fellow drivers. I will admit to doing some shady things in my time out here but by my choice never b/c I was forced to. I knew the consequences and chose to go that route. By not properly recording and filing suit against this guy you have allowed him to force this on ather drivers. Whats going to happen to the next greenhorn he hires that doesnt know better.
