doesn't seem to bug wal-mart and I'm guessing wal-mart and McDonald get something for their relestate

 

Here is my opinion about food. Have a good restaurant like in big cabin, instead of subway have a jersey Mikes, Jimmy johns something like that, better quality subs and probably healthier also. HAVE GOOD COFFEE!!!! I hate going into a truck stop, buying a cup of coffee, and taking a sip and gagging because it's burnt and about a day old or it taste like water! Full service truck wash with a polish shop and also a small shop that has a couple guys who actually know how to do more then change oil. Clean, nice large showers. We could all come up with tons of great ideas but actually getting it done is another thing. Oh yeah, a gym would be great! Even if it cost me say 2 or 3 bucks to use it for the day, I'd pay!

 

Full service fueling. Full time snow removal crew during storms. Well organized parking layout (no blind-side backing lanes). Commercial grade washer/dryers.

Valet Parking from the fuel islands. Free Buffet with 50 gal fuel purchase. 4 towels with each free shower. Trucks only, no cars allowed on the property.

Heck my wife and I use 2 plus the floor mat towel..

Instead of free buffett, how about a voucher for a certain amount off.
Alot of us do not need to be eating at the buffett, and then some are not worth eating off.
Better menu offering different choices than burgers and fried chicken..

 

Some inexpensive cars to rent. Drivers see all the broken white lines and none of the tourist traps. Change that. Let's go touring the local hot spots on our 34's. Oh, yeah. You'll need a parking area for all the semi's we drivers just abandon there and a retrieval crew to bring your cars back from our homes, where ever that is. Anywhere and everywhere, USA...

 

Healthy food choices! Recreation area, maybe try to get some sort of fitness regimen in our crazy lives.
