I don't see how regulating what a girl wears will prevent rape. I honestly don't believe a rapist makes a decision based on clothing.

Rapists don't make decisions based on the way a person is dressed, especially when it is an underage girl. Rapists are sick individuals. Just more government stupidity.

The media and society in general need to stop worrying about the lives of the perpetrators being ruined. They ruined their own lives by committing the crimes!

Perhaps if the dress code included wearing something of a large caliber in a holster!:smt067

My daughter in law was murdered by a 22 yr old 600 page criminal record.Making excuses for the criminal and not holding them accountable is why this country has such violent crimes. My family now have ccw permits.the plan is to shot them without a trial

Ya know, I am a survivor of a gang rape. I was 10 years old, dressed in shorts, a boys tank top, tube socks, and red Converse hightops. My hair was cut in a "pixie", which is basically a boys haircut, on a girl. I had no breasts, no hair in private areas, and I really rather looked and dressed like a boy.
So....no "dress code" on Earth would have prevented those perverts from raping me.
No matter how a woman is dressed, degenerates still violate them. Rapists thrive on the control and humiliation and power over another individual. Rape is NOT a sexual crime. So, no matter how a woman dresses, these criminals will still commit the act upon them.

Why do people seek to criminalize rape victims instead of offering help and counseling? The monsters that commit these rape atrocities should be spat upon and beaten every time they are seen in public.

Hey legislators: these children are literally babies still. Please have some #### sense and stop criminalizing these rape victims ya morons.

There was a judge in Manitoba who made similar types of comments while sentencing a rapist to house arrest. There was huge backlash.

Small minded turds who live their lives in exclusionary and seclusionary places who know nothing about the real world.
