If this happened in Ohio it wouldn’t surprise me in the very least!!!
Every wino there thinks they can drive something other than a motor vehicle on public roads and drink alcohol at the same time. Riding mowers,skyjacks,you name it!! lol
It is the start of Cinco de Mayo weekend,after all, and law enforcement is putting in work!!
