Usually water. But i do like to wrap it in a brown papper bag.

 

I have. I do it for the flavors as I've never noticed any more or less energy...

 

Diet MT/dew if no coffee is in thermos ?

I removed the old Volvo kneesmacker 2 cup holder and replaced it with a streamlined 3 cup holder. Every day it gets a fresh cup of Earl Grey, bottled water, and cold brew.

 

It's coffee or forget the whole thing.

Gallon size mugs please. None of that sippy thermos crap.

Get a boo boo or whatever ails you, that coffee is all there is needed.

The actual drinking and driving, the lawbreaking kind was stopped approximately 1992 for me.

 

Been trying Superbeets ( the wife obtained it and has used me as a guinea pig) for a couple weeks — after you get done pooping through a screen door, it’s not bad — notice I don’t get the 2:00pm blues and sleep quite a bit better at night. First couple of days, you better have your pooping ninja skills on.

Dark Coffee... Not the light stuff. The light has all the caffeine. Dark doesn't.
Mineral water... a mix.. sea salt, magnesium, other minerals. Nectar of life.
