Drive for XPO

    As with most Mega Trucking companies XPO freight is run from the top down by corporate big-wigs who never actually go and see the way things operate from the laborer perspective... They always step over dollars to save a few pennies, cut corners in places that actually increase cost when it's all said and done. They are always trying to "re-invent the wheel", while forgetting the fundamentals of what "LTL" really means. If a driver, dock worker or lower level manager has a brilliant idea that could save the company tens, even hundreds of thousands in capital, they are never even heard out.
    That's life in a big corporation, I guess...:rolleyes:

    That gets you no where in San Francisco.

    Average rent is 3000 a month.

    A family of two needs to bring home 150k to get by.
