Its really dependent upon the barn and tm. Some barns will run you like a Hebrew slave, others will be very OT conscious and send you home at 8 hours or less every day.

What should happen is an HR rep will call and briefly go over the job details and pay rate. Then your information will be passed to the local management who should reach out to setup an interview.

If you’re talking about the internal job listings, it only stays there for a week or two before moving to the public listing. It’s still posted on FedEx.com as of right now.
