That would be because of your attitude.

My attitude is that I don't like government abuses of power. That is not an unreasonable attitude to have. If you view a basic libertarian point of view as a bad attitude, I think it's a rather good thing that you are no longer a cop.

I'm not going to argue with stupidity. I have far more better things to do today. So carry on so you can keep working on your self esteem

Hmm. This is interesting. Thanks. I'll be sure that never happens.

What if I am passing through somewhere and see a novelty or something and want to take it home.. I can't even throw it in the cubby space? With no chance of me even being remotely close to accessing it when driving?

You never tried to argue, you just threw out personal attacks.

Reason for edit: unneeded personal attacks on my own part.

That's why I mentioned above, in another post, that I can't even pick up a bottle of wine on the road to bring home to share with my wife. I can't pick up a bottle of scotch for my dispatcher while at home and take it to the yard in the truck.

So yeah, if you are in possession, which would mean yes, even in your side boxes, you are breaking the law.

Wow, that's unreal. Thanks. I'll keep that in mind. Kind of ridiculous in my opinion, but hey, I don't make the laws and I guess the right thing to do is follow them.. ;)

Knock it off, no one cares about your anarchy tattoos and black flag societies.

How is it a intent to drive if there are no keys in the ignition. You can't drive a vehicle without the keys. I would imagine it is also illegal to ride a horse intoxicated.
