Update: 4 wheeler charged with intoxicated manslaughter!
UPDATE: Motorist charged with intoxicated manslaughter for decapitation of trucker

 

Shocked… Didn’t think the DA was going to do anything….. she’s not getting out anytime soon on the manslaughter charge her bond is at 100,000 but she’s also got a motion to revoke parole. No bond on her.

In general, everyone, including me, drives too fast.
Reaction, breaking, avoidance and all that - takes time.
Captain Obvious here, at 80 mph, you have no time.
Parole, see 'ya! You're gonna sit. And you deserve it.

 

And another article that points out the CMV had its four-ways on. I don't know why they keep mentioning this, as no lights would have been visible while that trailer is in load position with equipment on it.
