HUMMELS WHARF -- State police are seeking the driver of a pickup who hit a construction worker on Routes 11-15 Sunday evening, then stopped to yell at the injured worker and his colleagues before hopping back into his truck and speeding away.

Police said Nicholas Yetter, 39, of Milroy, was working near the intersection of Nina Drive at the site of the under-construction shopping center Monroe Marketplace when the pickup barrelled over construction cones and hit him.
