What if you live in Nashville and also own a vacation condo in Florida. You can choose either state for your cdl. You'll have utility bills from both states. There's no fraud to it.Sharon6969 Thanks this. -

Kentucky has no taxes on food at the grocery store, which is a good benefit.

Tennessee won't let her switch her FL CDL to Tennessee because she's not a US Citizen, but is here legally with a work permit and Social Security number.
Kentucky has different rules and will let her have a Kentucky CDL.tscottme Thanks this. -
