I'm not going to beat a dead horse over it.
I hope when they relocate to Kentucky, they'll let us know if they need assistance finding a job.
We don't know if they have any experience or have endorsements. She'll let us know.

Yet, the State of Tennessee DMV webpage states that a Green Card is sufficient ID for a CDL. Go check for yourself.

A Green Card is a permanent status. An EAD is temporary, usually until your hearing to evaluate your refugee or asylum status. It's poor idea to hand a 5 year CDL that only has a 1 year period until their status changes, perhaps ordered to leave the country.

Should CDLs be dispensed by vending machine to anyone with a $20?

I'm in texas, and it seems like incompetentcy and talking out of one's ### are a required prerequisite for employment at "dmvs".

Yes it can become an issue I know when we first arrived in the US on our work visa's naturally we did not have a fixed address, so were able to use our driving school address, the Texas Dept of Transport forwarded our new licenses there with the driving school sending them over to our new employer based in Utah. Probably should of changed our licenses over to Utah but never had any issues despite being based in Utah I never had an issue but was never asked about where I actually lived, I do know one of our California based drivers was pulled over and once it was established that he lived in California did have to apply for CA license. Don't recall anyone at the Texas dept of Transport actually checking for proof of address when we supplied the Driving school address. But perhaps times have changed that was way back in 2005. But the issue still remains what if you actually live in your truck then you'll have not physical address, so what do you list for your licence? My choice would be the company depot that I work out of if that was ok.
