Driver manager caught in a lie....

Thank you very much...I only work part time, by choice. I am semi retired.
And I do not have experience driving to NYC.
I already have a part time job lined up to start in a week.

I can pay the $500 bill, but I want the company to do the right thing and pay it, even if it means a judge has to force them to do so.

Yes, that would be a pm. It is the email system that is part of the ttr web site. I would guess the system administrator would have access to the email system.

 

My bad.....I was dead wrong on my answer. Starting a conversation is not a pm.

 

The hearing was today. The company was a no show, and the company did not even file a response.......the judge said they had been properly notified of the hearing. The Judge gave me what was fair, and was what I wanted. I wanted the company to pay the $508 medical bill that was incurred when I went to the company clinic to be treated for a minor work injury.

At the hearing, the judge asked me to tell him what had happened. I did that and then he said he would order the company's insurance carrier to pay the medical bill.

Apparently the company did not believe they had a valid reason to dispute my claim.....or else they don't respond to low cost claims, other than to just deny them. That is

Anyway, I am happy with the outcome. I guess I won't pursue a wrongful termination claim, as I would never work for that DM again anyway.

I just passed my Penn school bus test at Penn Dot today, and have a permit to drive school bus with a company here. Will start Friday trading on a bus route.
