I'm on percentage at 29% and topped out with btc. Our top mileage pay is 50cpm. We have loads going everywhere, but one of our dedicated customers is a load of pain in totes. I took a load from Baltimore to sidney ohio. 458 miles paid $894. On percentage it paid me 259.26. If i was on mileage it would've only paid me 242.50.

Another load, sane customer different city. Memphis to whitehall wi 795 miles paid $2395, my cut was $694.55. On mileage it would've paid me $399. These are not one time loads, they are shipping all the time.

Agreed, that time and a half adds up quickly.

Not everyone pays time and a half.

Yep but time and a half is even less common.

Most of mine have to but a lot aren't. Even some of the bigger LTL carrier landing don't pay it until 50 hours or more. Trucking companies aren't required to pay OT.

I'm paid hourly for loading and unloading, anything within 400km. Anything after that is .54/mile. I do okay. Plus I get paid more for anything over 6 axles.
