It's just that you should expect more from upper management. If he does the same thing with official company business, emails etc., it doesn't reflect too well on the company as a whole.
Having said that, more safety people, whatever, should really be asking those kinds of questions more often. I'm all for improvement.

Hmm, the local gig I just got pays hourly plus a $30 safety bonus per day mon-thurs, $35 on fri, and $53 on sat...bonuses paid weekly. All for showing up reliably and keeping your nose clean. THAT is driver retention.
