I was told today by my DM that while they had printed handouts to give earlier this week they were told to suspend giving them out. Apparently the new compensation is in a state of flux, so be patient with developing news.
I have a little over a year, with previous base pay of $0.32/mile for west coast that went up to $0.36/mile west coast. I don't know what the new East Coast only parameters might be. Shorter hauls have also increased, but I forget what my DM told me today... I was busy getting the last load to the terminal today and getting my student logged out of the truck, etc.
Driver raises may be coming....

fair enough I guess I was just hoping for more information but I can be patient in the meantime I'll just keep doing my job and get paid whenever I get paid and figure it out load by load

A swift recruiter told me they start new drivers at .33cpm for east. I didn't ask if I was for anything over 300 miles since swift has a sliding pay scale.

Well if a recruiter said it must be true.
