Tuition Reimbursement
If you’re working toward obtaining your CDL to begin your driving career at CFI, we’ll make your monthly tuition payments for the first 12 months of employment and then pay off the remainder of your tuition, up to $5,000 total.

I would kindly disagree with the word "career". It's a job, just a job. There is no "growth" up the "ladder", if not considering "upgrades" within the "office", or upgrading "office" itself)

Elaborate please? Why is pay cut on upgrade? Buying newer equipment saves on repairs and fuel usually.

I’m making more money on the gig economy then I made as a city LTL truck driver. Make my own schedule, no camera in my face. But no benefits, and there are other drawbacks. But I’ll not go back to truck driving as a company hand. An owner operator maybe I’d consider at some point.
