Driver side arm sun burning

Thank you to every one. I will give most of these a try. I can't tint the bosses.
Might look into it if I get my own. I've always been out in the sun. And I burn easy. For me after that first burn I'm good for the yr thou.
However, I don't know but my skin is really doing something different this year
I'm near freezing to death in 60 degree air. And near heat exhaustion in 80 degree weather. Can't find a happy medium. So I'm looking into not trying to loose my left arm. Like fix it before it becomes a problem.
Wife says its cause I got old (40) this year. So its just a not so suttle change.
