Well I'm going to loose my rear on this one me and that guy both have progressive I had the value on my trailer at $14,000 so after the deductible I'm going to get a check for $13,k that I can not replace for that kind of money I looked on truck paper and my same trailer is in the $18,500-$24,500 price range trailers have gone way up in prices from when I got this one I gave $14,k for it 3 years ago so it was worth way more than I gave for it

If the accident is his fault, you should get fair market value, no matter if you're insured by the same company. Time for a lawyer.

I agree. You should get FMV for the trailer, the physical damage coverage should ONLY come into play when YOU cause the accident of damage the trailer. Get yourself a lawyer and then a new trailer.

Why are YOU paying the deductible when it was his fault?

Why aren't you getting Full replacement value on the trailer?

It's against HIS insurance policy not your policy.
