driver solution riping me off

I have gone thru cdl school thru pam transport via driver solution. completed my cdl training and got lisense. graduation day i was told by company n recruiter that I will be picked by driver with in 10 days. but after few days my recruiter told me that company cannot hire me due to unverify past employment. and that was it no contact from recruiter or company till past week after 3 months recruiter send me 6000 bill. my question is do i still have to pay even If its company who didnt hire me. I am always ready and still willing to work for same company or any company where driver solution require me I never broke any contract...my recruiter is not interested find me a job except asking pay 6000.. I am still strugling to find trucking job. this cdl liscense has no use for me, beside cost me 6000. I dont kno lw how to pay.. I am in bad spot.. pls share input thank u

 

There's a class action lawsuit about that right now. Companies doing that to drivers, then the drivers can't find a job because of it. The companies want their money, but don't want the person that owes the money to be employed.
Don't talk to the recruiter any more; he won't help you and neither will anyone else at Pam.
Do you have a driving school certificate from Pam?
Which state do you live in?

 

When talking to potential employers, say; "I graduated from CDL school, then wasn't employed by the company. I've never driven for the company."

Don't waste your time applying to the mega companies; they won't hire you.

1st Thank u all for ur response, it means alot.. No they didn't give me certificate. I was told by recruiter on graduation day that I will get after 1 yr completion of contract. I was happy n excited to be OTR. all papers were signed , fuel card was given to me.but bad news given after few days.. . In my opinion my recruiter driversolution didnot represent me well enough, because I have a very clean record, it was just the past employment (medical profession) which were unverified due to overseas. if they dont want to hire me , they should have drop me b4 or during cdl course.. strange thing is (This 6000 bill never came up b4 untill I contacted PAM transport recently about review my application and my recruiter not presenting me well enough..then the next day surprisingly I got email 6000 bill from driver solution,[ by the way same course is 3500 in same college]..., . even though I m willing to work on secondary placement/employment by driver sol, but i haven't heard from assigned agent yet. my self i couldnt find trucking job , mostly hire exp drivers, I m in depression if this cause me bad credit. worry is in future I wont be able to get federal student loan for my masters degree..
I believe driver solution has my certificate.

Well, Pam has a reputation for screwing drivers over. I never recommend that company and think I'd recommend CR England over Pam.
