Start applying there and apply to as many jobs as you want.

Silly question? Why are you asking us about the contract?
Not a single one of us signed it. You need to talk to a contract lawyer and get them to look over it and see what you have to pay.

Fair and right have nothing to do with it. What matters is what's in the contract and what's enforceable as per state law, which a lawyer will know.

The motor carrier's defense makes contradictory claims. Don't expect a judge to be too hard on them for it, though. Also, I thought that ruling against Swift was b.s. at the time .... and, predictably, will be used against drivers in cases such as this.
