Again - must be platinum for mac 30.
    I was, and used it.
Now I'm gold with 0 lates/service failures and plenty of miles.
    Just tried mac 30:

Nevermind. You're right. Platinum is the same as 4-Star. I was thinking of Diamond. My bad.

However, I had seen in the QC and messages in the kiosk that Macro 30 was being phased in for Gold and 3-Star drivers. Kind of waters the award system down, in my opinion.

This is incorrect. Rankings are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

In order to attain Diamond, you must maintain Platinum for 12 consecutive quarters. Platinum and Diamond are offered Macro 30.

I had some of the ranking titles mixed up.

Trucker's laws. Air brake requirements. Tandem, drive, and other weights. And now I have to remember driver stars and ranking colors, too?!? Oh, this change of careers is going to be exciting! ;)

I was not able to use Mac 30 until I hit level 4, approximately 2 months ago.

Seems none of the changes they've been talking about have been made. Maintaining 4/Platinum is not super difficult. Just do your job.

The only change that I have seen that they were talking about, letting us use our ComCheck card to purchase DEF now. I am still waiting for another change, kicking a little FSC in to help with the MT miles.

Do you get a qc message each week letting you know what level you are on? And does idle time figure into it?

You can check it on the Kiosk or the portal. My DM sends an e mail to my swift account weekly letting me know the current status.

I think the computer sends that email automatically. It's always worded the same way. And not the way my DM would word things. I mean my OTR DM. This new dedicated guy is just officious enough to use that wording.

But, the answer is no. The ranking is not sent to you via QC. You have to check it on the QC or online.
