    They have legitimate questions.

Anytime you post an ad, you post all the specifics to weed out all the bad calls. Heck the guy can have free housing and pay $8 an hour. Now why should 1000 drivers waste their time and his time when he can put it in the ad?

I see ads where people try to hide things, I usually skip it and go to the next.

I called and got a lady who did not know the other office had put this add here. They said Mel was gone for a while and I couldn't get much information. It was basically send resume and wait for a call from Mel. I may miss something good but I don't mess with this kind of deal.

If you have something good to sell and a free add, you fill it with information. By doing that you don't waste yours or my time. If there are no details, then the details are in question.

If I had a job to offer, I would offer a fair wage. I would feel that I had something to offer a driver and I would post the facts. I would do the same if I had a truck for sale. The only reason I would omit facts would be if I thought they had no merit or I was going to have trouble filling the position for what I have to offer. Then I would post an ad with no information and try to sell those that call.

While I believe a lot of people just don't get it, some are looking for something for nothing. I personally believe you need to be desperate to go for job ads with no information, especially when a call doesn't give you an idea what to expect.

I called them again and still didn't find out anything. It sounds like they just started this operation and most of them don't know the details yet. I did find out that Mel is in North Dakota.

I googled them. Out of Spokane Washington. I'd stay away. I have never heard of them and I'm from here and work in the trucking industry. 1000's of jobs here and these guys probably are not established in ND. I'm sure they found some work for their trucks but they have a long way to go to be legit. Winter is comin...

There -made a call. Didn;'t like what you heard. Move on. Easy. If they are legit it's their loss. If not no big deal. Just get off your tail and find out one way or the other for yourself. People on here blab about the same crap for months. Sometimes in life you have to take a deep breath and go for it if you want a change. Some turn out great and others not so much. That's life.

I appreciate the posts and replies. The pay depends on your experience. We are coming into the winter season in ND so make sure you are prepared for that. You will need to have 5 years of experience to be covered by insurance (standard for us).

5 years of experience??? Standard is 1 year in the oil patch. You would be the only company in the basin I know of that requires 5 years. Good luck getting drivers. Crude haulers are usually the most strict and they require 2-3.

This is our first time posting for job openings on this site so I do apologize for not having enough information that you seem to be used too. I am pleased to say we have received other positive feed back and resume's and have hired 3 drivers so far and looks like we will have the positions filled by weeks end.

Our information is on our website CTSIspokane

Again, I apologize for lack of information and hope to do better the next time around.

This iron strikes EVERY year about this time.

If you wait until November, the wages will be as much as 25% higher.

This ain't no gravy train job. Slackers will be gone (by their own choosing) very quickly.
