I have talked to four Melton drivers, one driver has been there 11 years and they all had nothing bad to say about the company.
-
1)Are they standards? And if so, 13's or Super or regular 10 spd's?
2)Where is orientation? I live in Ohio so I just need to know how far the training will be. The recruiter said that we can take the truck home. What are the runs like? I know that it's a whole lotta ?'s, but the recruiter couldn't answer them, so why not go to someone already in the company. -
We use KW 10 speeds. 25 new cascadia autos were bought for next year to try out new technology.
In Ohio, you'll more than likely be going to the Masury yard, North of Youngstown. You do bring your truck home.... it needs to be at a safe place. If you're close to Masury you can leave it there.Steering Knuckles Thanks this. -
Thanks Noggin. I appreciate the heads up. -
Any time. Feel free to ask anything, I can answer most of your questions.
Regarding loads, we haul general freight. A lot of steel and lumber, but we'll haul anything that goes on a flat.. -
Melton doesn't lease trucks. They will sell older trucks.
