Why not start off getting all drivers covered under the same law that applies to just about everyone else in our Nation (Fair Labor Act)? Once we get that then we can have have a larger voice in getting all drivers pay/benefits brought up to the national average. Get "Time" magazine and some of the other large News magazines to cover some of this stuff with knowlegable people in our industry and let the "civilian" population know just how things are in our industry, then maybe we can get more support. The point I wish to make in this case is that "The Pen is Mightier than the Sword". Get the people who shape how everyone thinks involved, the news media, MORE involved in what is going on then maybe the powers that can do something for us will get involved.

Since we have "Representation" now, who is it in Georgia? How do we contact these good folk?

Mr Dan Little pretty much screwed himself when he went non-profit and started collecting money for this and that.
Matt I've been working with JB on a lot of things. I honestly think you would be impressed. A lot of it I cannot discuss until it is all confirmed but just sit back and keep contacting congressmen and this/that. We need the news on this DC convoy.
