Do you have Tanker endorsement? Silly question

You might want to drop a line to the EEOC.

Can't hurt. Reverse discrimination exists. They'll investigate.

Oh yeah, sorry. I didn't consider that you were in Canada.

Maybe they had enough applicants with Tanker endorsements that they didn't feel they needed to go through the extra steps to help you get yours?

    You
You know what I'm not sure what their deal was....

Why bring telephone interview me for an hour and a half

    Make me fill out paperwork

Make me go for an interview

Make me do a math test

    Next step was road test

After hour half phone interviewing don't you know by now I'm a new driver

So why put me through this whole process if you have someone with tanker endorsement?

I asked if i pass the road test. Anyone that went to highschool could have passed it. They even gave you calculator. Then asked recruiter why they didn't take me for road test. He said it was because it started pouring rain

So my conclusion is they are really racist, or the recruiter is on contract....he just needs to keep bringing people in even if they're not going to get hired so he can get a full time position

Manager was Indian, receptionist was Indian, recruiter was Guyanese, and all the drivers were Indian except for one that was jaimaican I believe

I've seen 6 of their trucks now, all Indians..

    Yes different driver

BTW I've never had such a long interview process, let alone a hour half interview

I'm not sure I'd go back there even if they offered me a job based on the fact that the person I was suppose to meet the manager ended up in a meeting on our scheduled interview time....when he did come out of the office he didn't even acknowledge me. Ended up meeting a supervisor who didn't know I had an interview

Sat there for 45 min looking at new freightliner waiting for something to happen

Reviews on this company management are poor. But it pays well. That's about it

Bought me some gloves for propane

I rather get paid less, they like me I like them

Then get paid more and wake up thinking I hate my job and I have to deal with this ####### everyday

I'm guess ing propane generally pays less. Doesn't really make difference to me though as long as I like my boss and I like my job

Not some ######## looking at his bank account making you work like a dog and treats you like one because he pays you 5 dollars an hour more

And I see you are not qualify for this position.
From beginning you retracted race discrimination and other #### so all yours future mistakes ( we all did) will be considered as racial or sexual or religion.
    Anything but me.

Yes. I was forced to find another niche to make living because company with 75 years in business hired two drivers. Demand on propane drivers was high at this time. So the company decide to lower requirements.
    Bottom line.
    Two drivers are dead
    Company is dead.
