Not against the rules but kind of pointless to comment on a 4 year old thread when most of the people who commented on the thread have probably be long gone.

Hmmmmmm sounds like an ex needing some payback. All kidding aside. Start with his employer if he has one. If not write a letter informing the authority holder with a copy going to the closest office of the FMCSA. Outside of this I have no idea.

Go to MMT out of Columbus, OH. They will probably take you without a CDL lol. They will hire anyone who can make them money. They would put a monkey in the seat if they could!!

When did they make this law
-
1st of all it kills me that people are so uneducated about methadone. I cannot believe that you said, " Anyone that abuse drugs should not be able to get a CDL." That's ridiculous because apparently did you don't realize how easy it is to become addicted to a substance!
I was all pain pills for 10yrs because of serve pain in my head due to my brain being squeezed between my skull & an enlarged sinus cavity!! They don't tell you or they didn't tell you back man how addictive this stuff was & then when I couldn't afford to get new insurance when I moved & couldn't go to a dr. I did the next best thing for the pain & that was heroin! It was cheaper than buying pills on the street & I couldn't get a prescription without insurance or a dr.! I thought I was going to die when I didn't have any pills left before I found the heroin!!
After I was on the heroine for 4-5 years, I couldn't stand it being addicted to these drugs in a longer! So I moved up North to get help in a methadone program because they did not have them down South!! I'm still on methadone to this day because of my headaches or the pain in my head should I say & it saved my life!!! I became addicted to opiates because of a medical condition! I cannot live without the methadone because of the pain in my head and there is nothing the doctors can do!!
It does not make you drowsy, it does not impair your judgment, it doesn't do anything to you but help you as long as you take it like you should, which is the same with any substance!!
Now the really bad part is my husband got his CDL's & he is on the methadone because he was shot when he was 19 & it's becoming harder & harder for him to get around without something for the pain, but he doesn't want to be on drugs anymore either!! But because there are some ignorant people making these rules, my husband has got to stop taking the methadone before he can start driving trucks! And that is ridiculous because he has to have something for the pain and if he takes pain pills then he will become addicted to them again!! But idiots in the government don't understand this miracle drug , so they are gonna sentence my husband to addiction again just so he can make a living!!!
Stop condemning things that you know nothing about and people that make the rules shouldn't be able to make rules about things that they don't know!! -
