Driving for a company that never drug tests me?

If your data is not in Fed Clearing house. That might be a problem

 

What kind of trucks?
Do they have a DOT # ?
Do you have a CDL and have your own personal clearinghouse account?

 

Then you personally can be subject to fines not just your employer.

If your employer gets audited, I hope that they have deep pockets

Look, depending on what your company does it’s quite possible they have a waiver. You didn’t give a whole lot of details.

Anyway I would try talking to whoever is in charge about it. If they blow it off then I gave a link to the fmcsa where you can file a complaint.

During roadside inspections now the officer will/should be checking the clearinghouse. What they actually look at and see who knows.

How long have they been in business.. New entrant audits can take up to a year, mine was done within 6 months.
