Driving for mclane - salary?

ccat said it right. extra board is difficult but can pay great. You will not run legal unless you put your foot down and say no, but good luck finding people that want to work with you.

 

Mclane is a good company. You earn your money. Even if you work one day mclane has a gaurantee of 1000 a week so youll get that if they have no more work but usually you will

 

And no i still dtive for mclane, we still have walmart seasonal, just finished halloween going to start christmas then easter soon

 

I work 3 routes, my monday is local with 21 stops start 830pm bk by 11am tuesday. My wendsday route i start at 1130pm bk thursday at 430pm. My friday is i start at 330pm bk saturday morning by 11am. Then off till monday night again. See not that bad at all and 1200 week.

 

I have worked for mclane mid atlantic for over 35 years. The only division paid by the hour.we work legal or we get fired. Right now i avg about 80 hours a week...but thats my choice. I will easily make 100k+ this year.

 

Does anyone know how it is working extra board for mclane out of concord NC. I've accepted the position and will do the background and drug screen next week. Really appreciate all the feedback thx.

 

I almost forgot. This dc is the restaurant foodservice division in concord nc.
