If what you are implying is that you did not get good advice, I suspect that your problems might follow you to a new company. My experience is that most (not all) problems a driver has can be traced back to his job performance or attitude. Best of luck and I do wish you success.

Hey sim, how's things going on over there at US? Looking to sign up with them in the next month or two. Curious of your opinion since you've been around a while and know its not always perfect.

I've been with usx since 06,depending on where you live they have alot of dedicated and pick more up all the time.I live in MI and have been dedicated the whole time.and been home everyweekend, unless i choose not to be.They've been the most accomodating company i've worked for,and I've been driving since 90.if your a hard worker with respect you'll make out good here.again dedicated accnts are always hiring.I made the most money on dollar gen.but you have to want to work.it was nothing to bring home 1300 to 1500 a week and still be home weekends.and I can back that up with stubs.so good luck and if you need any help don't hesitate to ask..and the safrty, equipment and maintenance are excellent.

I start orientation on 4/22 for usx. I'm going to OTR solo. Any insight on what i can expect as far as avg weekly pay/miles. Was told I could run out west if I requested it. Hoping that is true as I wish to run all 48. Any information will be helpful.

As a solo I've only been west of 35 one time. That was because it was a hazmat load. I've never requested it though. I'd rather run shorter trips in the south or midwest due to the sliding pay scale.

I have seen that you can answer some question about usxpress. I´m thinking about to go to orientation and wonder what I have to do there. I just finished my driving School and got my CDL. I wonder if I have to do a road test and do backing like 45 or 90 degree bevor I would get a Trainer to go on the road with. And how Long will I be on the road with a Trainer? and if I get back from Training if I have to do tests again and what Kind of tests

All of these questions have been asked and answered so many times here.
Here is the best thread I think.
