I've talked to someone about expunging my records and they said they couldn't do it, only a letter of rehabilitation or something like that

In Utah. We walk in to background criminal investigations. Submit application with fingerprints and used to be $10. Wait 30 days for letter in mail, take it back to BCI. Receive document. Go to courthouse and have judge sign off. Pay for 6 documents and make the rounds for 1 document each. Including 1 for BCI and you get the last docement. Wait 30 days for everyone to do their thing. Go back to BCI AND SUBMIT fingerprints with $10 again. Should have a clean record returned to you or at least one less charge if you have multiple records. That's the procedure in Utah. No lawyer required.

Guys, we've done a little bit of work in this thread to remove some pretty harsh criticisms of another forum. We really appreciate the kind words about TruckersReport, but the site owner here likes to take the high road and feels very strongly about not using this site to attack other online communities. Thanks for your understanding, and thanks again for your support.

You're right, can't get around that one.
Just answer the questions truthfully, but don't volunteer any information that isn't asked for.
