    Good glad to see it was removed. Just hope the other drivers that got the same violations there that night fight them as well.
    reviewed my dataq info with safety man the other day for the heck of it. Then he jumped me for not talking to him on some of my followups because he would have had some reviewed.
    such as my abs violations since truck is older than regs require ABS and one where was written up for leaking wheel seal that when I got home tore it apart and not a drop oil anywhere except where it's supposed to be.

    can you please clarify on the abs violation? this is actually a disputable violation?

    Regs state must have working ABS on or after 3-1-97 I drive a 96 he even stated then that he did not remember cut off.
    So I could have disputed it.
    Honestly because at time did not even think of the impact the point had on me and as just a warning so who cares now I will fight all I feel are wrong.

    The fmcsa updated the inspection info online today, one day after the VA police closed their review. I thought it might take weeks...
