In my experience with life man, it NEVER hurts to ask plenty of questions. I am not stressing out, I just like to have viewpoints of people already in the industry, even if some viewpoints are negative.

HO Wolding has an excellent reputation & there are many others also. Yes, get the CDL and all the endorsements. Those endorsements are money in the bank for the future.

Insurance has the right to go back five years and in most cases - they do. Rarely do they ever approve for a driver to get hired with a speeding ticket that is less then 3 years old. Anything over 15+ speeding will be held against you for five years.

I advise for you to hire an attorney and try to remove the speeding ticket. It will be VERY tough for you to get hired on to any company.

an attorney won't do any good. once it's done, that's it.

Why didn't you go to traffic school to have the most recent speeding kept off your record?

I did do the school.... Traffic school does not keep the ticket off your record.. It keeps the points off. Like I said I have zero points on my license.

The recent ticket I have I was going 8 mph over... And on my record it doesnt even say a speed I was going... It just says "over the posted maximum"
