i just looked at my record again. its got my entire license history! my permit my provisional and my full....it goes all the way back to 2005... why is it just all the sudden perfect? a fluke? a glitch? a human mistake, aka hitting delete? it should atleast say 1 suspension under suspensions like it did 3 months ago not 0. nm is so disorganized.

i would tell your potential employers about your incidents but show them the copy of your driving record and say that for some reason it dose not show anything, normally they care more about what the report says than what has actually happened as it effects insurance but you don't want them to find out threw insurance records or other ways of something that you did not disclose to them

Approach it as if you already are in driving school. Here is my record, will you give me a chance to prove myself.

Think about it like this, they don't know you aren't and if they will hire you, you will be. Keep in mind if they will train you, you may want to take a different approach.

To me the process of acquiring material items, jobs or anything else in life is simple. Don't get me wrong I know this is not taught or common, but it goes like this:

    1) Dream the dream. (everything ever been built or achieved started as a dream),
    2) Write your goals down,
    3) Do lots of research to determine what is realistic and how to achieve them,
    4) Revise your goals to be realist but high enough to offer a challenge,
    5) Make a long-term plan that highlights the short-term steps necessary,
    6) Make a to-do list, read it daily and try to complete a task daily or weekly and
    7) Continue to re-live the dream in your mind and work to achieve it.

    I promise this will work!

yeah i will do that.. I have wanted to be a truck driver for awhile but made alot of mistakes early on due to, well the only thing that causes a young man problems ....woman.... and now i want to make decisions for me and what i want. to many times i made the decisions i didnt like to please people and all it gave me was heartache and a job history thats going to haunt me until i hold a steady job for atleast 2 years minimum. it may have taken from 16 to 21 to learn from these mistakes but at 22 i can finally say, i aint doin that #### again! :biggrin_25519: Maybe one day ill be twice my age now trying to give some 22 year old in the same situation some hope.

driving for a living has been a big part of my job for a long time even before i got my cdl, when your license is your lively hood you tend to think a little closer about what your doing and possible consequences. its not called being young and dumb for no reason.

from what you have described you have had some lacks in judgement (everyone has at some point) but the longer you can keep your noes clean and the more time you can put on any offenses the less they affect you.
