    I've gotten a 28 mph over and a 19 over in my career. 3 years has always been the rule for when companies will hire you. At least where I live.

    It is all about the insurance companies and what they tell the carrier to do, although with that being said when they phase in the driver/carrier rating system - it will become more of an issue.
