Hello to all I’m looking for information to see if I’m able to speak to a lawyer or does anybody know how I can get some things removed off my driving record in the states of California and Indiana

If it's on your driving record, that means you either pled guilty, or was found guilty. In either case you'll have to find a local lawyer that maybe can convince a judge to reopen your case. Usually that doesn't happen unless there is new evidence presented.

If you have the money, it's worth a shot I guess. If you can tell us what's on you mvr and the age we can help a bit better.
Unlikely to get the case reopened, but what needs to be done to move on.

This may not be what you want to hear. I think the BEST way to get things removed is time! Time to allow these peccadilloes to fall off your driving record. Then in the meantime may be to learn to avoid them to start with! Not trying to judge, just pointing out you seem to be speaking of multiple "items", not just one!

I am also wondering about a thread started yesterday about CDL disqualification? Sorry, just can't help but wonder!
