    In cali (where I live) DMV has a dedicated phone number for commercial drivers........ All you do is call them, give them your CDL# and tell them you'd like it purged, then they put it a request, and it gets purged "within 6 weeks" (mines took 27 days to be exact) I had stuff on my record dating back to 1994!, theres nothing on my H6 (name for your 10 year print out) that shouldnt be on there now. If anyone needs the number, im sure i can find it. Im almost certain you can do the same in any other state.
