Hello guys I'm back again, lol.
Anyways, I'm looking into some smaller outfits. They are requesting a driving record or MVR. So my question is does it matter if it's unatested or attested? Anyways with that being said my MVR is clean back to my younger and dumber days haven't had anything on there since 2010. Csa on the other hand isn't to bad just some warning tickets, but just kind of ticks me off how the psp csa and my MVR are.
My my other question is. I'm really trying to get into this company. It's like a cream of the crop job so I was wondering. If they run MVR do I have to put what's on my csa on the application? Also, I was wondering do written recommendations help? Thanks for your time.

Yes they are going to run your CSA, thats the point of it.
pattyj Thanks this. -
Oh ok cause one company said to just bring MVR after I asked to bring psp MVR or csa so idk -
You just have to read the application or ask the recruiter/hiring manager. Each company is very specific. Some want just mvr and others want csa and mvr. In my experience the local outfits have a higher chance of only caring about your mvr.

Alot of smaller companies just want your mvr.just talked to a guy about running to florida and back pulling a refer and all he wants is my mvr so his insurance company will approve me same with my current job stay away from big companies and all the bs.

Nothing really. They're a good company. Before I got my cdl there is a company that hauls chemicals out of the town I lived in. It was my main goal why I wanted my cdl. It's the cream of the crop for me starting at 60k a year mileage, load, back haul pay. Uniforms. Monday-fri optional weekends home every night off every weekend. I needed 2 years but I went down on my last home time and got an application. Said to me we would look to hire you in May because of guys retiring. I love the road but I want to be home. This is an ideal job for me. -
Awesome. Wish you luck on getting it.
