driving thru mountains

    If you're going from CA to CO, you will be dealing with mountains. There is just no way around it!

    Well what do you expect.....ask a stupid question get a stupid answer man......really there is no way of getting there without going thru mountains....you are going to have grades of some sort no matter which way you go.

    This cracks me up, the guy asks a dumba*s question then gets his pantaloons in a big ol' twist when he some of ya'll yank his chain a little bit...pull up yer skirt there nancy and go through the mountains, you'll be fine.

    that had to be one of the worst questions I have ever seen posted on this forum. then you get upset for everyone picking on you about it.I hope that you are just bored looking for something to pass the time. if you are concerned about the mountians and or hills you need to stay on the east coast where there isn't

    I like this one the best.

    It's funny though that some products have to be shipped around the mountains. A driver told me that he had a load of cool whip that couldn't go over a certain elevation going from NE to NW. The trip was down to i10 and over then up i5. 6000 miles all to avoid the continental divide. It's possible to skip the mountains, but never reasonable. If it were, they wouldn't've built the interstates there in the first place.

    So cool whip can't do elevation? So up at Aspen at the ski lodge and places like that no cool whip? wonder what it does to it , crazy the things they have us do sometimes...
